Slade 3300G Warranty

This warranty does not apply to: (1) Services that have not been approved by Slade. (2) Applications which were not made according to Slade's published installation instructions. (3) The assumption of liability. (4) Installations for which this warranty was not provided. (5) Repeated replacements per valve without a physical inspection made by Slade.

*Service life: The "service life of the valve" is defined as that period of time from the date of installation of 3300G packing rings into the new, reconditioned valve or valve that meets the manufacturerer's standards until the valve requires replacement or reconditioning.

For Validation: Warranty must be registered with Slade upon the date of installation.
