Our Trico products include lubrication equipment, monitoring devices, spray collant systems, coolants and lubricants.
Lubrication products provide consistent and reliable lubrication to industrial equipment using contant level and gravity feed lubrication. Trico's Opto-Matic® Oiler is their most recognized lubrication product. Tri-Cool® fluids are specially formulated coolants and lubricants to provide superior performance and longer tool life in various metal cutting operations.
Fluid Protection products use a proactive approach in preventing equipment damage due to contamination. Trico's Watchdog® products are designed to prevent or remove oil and other fluid contamination from equipment lubrication and their Hydrolert® products monitor moisture contamination levels in lubricating oils.
Central Lubrication products consist of a complete line of single line resistance systems. These products contain manual or electric driven pumps to provide positive lubrication to critical machine parts. Trico offers english and metric components for these systems.
Metal Cutting products allow for greater machining efficiency in metal removal operations. Trico's Micro-Drop® MD-1200 dispenses small amounts of lubricant to the cutting tool. The Li'l Mister® and Mistmatic® products provide delivery of coolant to the tool chip interface.
