Split Pillow Block Isolator

ProTech LB and SB types are specifically designed for split pillow block bearings. The LB is a solid design while the SB is a split configuration that allows for field installation without having to un-couple shafting. Both designs provide superior bearing protection over OEM supplied LER rings and Taconite Seals. They will meet the demanding requirements of split pillow blocks used in petrochemical, chemical, pulp and paper, and many other process and manufacturing industries.

ProTech is designed to the bore geometry and dimensions specified by split pillow block manufacturers and requires no machining or special tools to install. It is also designed to accommodate possible variances in casting tolerances. Obtaining the correct seal is simple. All that is needed to get the correct seal is the SAF Housing # and the LER# or shaft size.
